3. Delivery Charges:
- Free delivery on prepaid orders above ₹299
- ₹100 delivery charge for prepaid orders below ₹299 and all value Cash on Delivery orders

4. Tracking:
Once dispatched, you will receive tracking details via email.

5. Delays:
We are not responsible for delays caused by courier issues, weather conditions, public holidays, or other external factors beyond our control.

6. Undeliverable Packages:
If the package is returned due to incorrect address or non-availability of the customer, re-delivery charges may apply.
